I decided it's about time I did a giveaway on Pearls & Scissors. And celebrating P&S's 2 month blogiversary in a couple of days is as good an occasion as any I think.

The lucky winner of this giveaway will receive the must have accessory of this season, the collar necklace, which you can wear 2 ways - open with a chain or closed. The collar is embellished with rhinestones and comes with a removable chain. But that is not all, my friends.
